In aerospace, we recently machined a lightweight bracket with tight tolerances using the UMC-400S. The part had to withstand high vibration and be made from titanium. It was one of the most rewarding challenges we’ve tackled.

In the medical space, we produced a batch of custom stainless steel components for surgical tools. These required clean finishes and flawless precision — again, our 5-axis machine allowed us to get it right the first time.
